Tract E update

Deerfield homeowners have voted to allow the transfer of ownership of Tract E to homeowners adjacent to this land by a majority of more than 80%

CC&R Enforcement

Due to a noticeable decline in the maintenance of properties, the board is placing greater focus on the enforcement of our CC&R's.

The CC&R enforcement committee will send out notices to homeowners not following the CC&R guidelines.  Failure to comply will result in a contractor being sent in to repair the problem and the homeowner will be billed for the work done.

If you notice CC&R violations in our neighborhood, please do not hesitate to contact us.  The board relies on homeowners to assist in keeping our neighborhood up to par.

Reroofing or painting?  Read this!

Please note that any exterior maintenance to your property needs to be approved by the Architectural Control committee.  Currently many homeowners are replacing roofs and painting.  Both roofing material and color, and paint colors have to be approved.  For more information click here.
