Minutes of Meeting
March 14th, 2007
Welcome
- The meeting was called to order by Kent Kiernan, HOA President. The attendees
were Ed Bennett, Treasurer; Anina McMurdo,
Landscaping & Webmaster; Greg Jenness, filling in
for Chelan Jenness Secretary.
Treasurers
report - We are doing well; there are still 48 homes that still have not paid
dues.
Clean-up
Weekend
- It was mentioned that we have a traditional
dumpster as well as a yard-waste only dumpster.
- The weekend of May 5-6th was suggested as
the weekend for the dumpster. HOA board members would guard the dumpster during
open times so that non-homeowners would not use it. It would be locked at other
times.
- If it gets full over the weekend we talked
about dumping it and then making it available for the first few days of the
following week.
- Anina and Ed were
to get a postcard and mail it out to the community around the 12th of April.
Anina was to research the cost and lead time needed to install park benches
Anina was to research the cost of cleanup of the pipeline trail from the
storm and
overgrown vegetation. There was also talk about what do to with
partially fallen trees and someone would get a quote to remove them all
together. The possibility of removing
un-fallen trees that could potentially fall in another storm will also be
researched.
The
quote to fix the brick at the front entrance was sent to the driver’s
insurance.
Talk was
made about having approved roof designs and home colors on the website for
homeowners review.
