Minutes of Meeting

April 11th, 2007

Welcome - Anina McMurdo, Landscaping & Webmaster, called the meeting to order. The attendees were Ed Bennett, Treasurer; Anina McMurdo, Landscaping & Webmaster; Chelan Jenness, Secretary; Kent Kierman, HOA President; Marion Moulton, Homeowner; Neil and Teresa Levine, Homeowners; Darla Fagan, Homeowner; Greg Jenness, Homeowner.

Track E

Homeowners brought up the topic about what to do with the HOA property referred to as Track E on the site map. Currently the homeowners that border the property maintain this area not the HOA. There is currently a rodent problem in the property according to the homeowners. Homeowners would like to take ownership of the property from the HOA.

- Save $ for HOA as it will not need to maintain the property

- The Deerfield homeowners need to vote for transfer of ownership to be possible

- Teresa Levine would write a letter on behalf of the board that the board would review; then send to homeowners for voting.

- Plot alteration by City of Sammamish is what is needed.

Brick entrance is fixed

25 homeowners have yet to pay dues

Homeowner Email

A homeowner emailed the board requesting speed bumps put in on 229^th.

- City would be responsible for putting in speed bumps not HOA

- 19^th Drive is a larger issued the 229^th. 229^th most likely has increased traffic due to construction that should be over soon.

- Kent will ask about getting speed monitored on 19^th Drive by City Police.

Spring Clean up

- Will have two dumpsters; General waste and Yard waste

- Open Times will be Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 12-5. Will be open 1.5 hours on weekdays

Discussion about non-compliant homeowners

- In the past the board has sent a postcard, followed by a letter, followed by a registered signed letter.

- What to do about roofs already installed that are out of compliance

- Trailer issues
