The treasurer’s report was approved by all attending

It was decided to carry late fees on homeowners’ dues over and add them to the 2007 invoice in stead of sending out notices.

Playstructure installation:  We have to go through the tool list and assign responsibilities to volunteers

John Tomlinson suggested that we have the HOA pay for curb numbers to be painted in front of homes.  It was agreed to table this suggestion for a month.

It was suggested that a form be added to the web site for ACC approval of roofs.

Soccer field:  It was agreed that elementary school aged soccer teams with at least one member residing in Deerfield will be allowed to practice on the soccer field.  Players must park on 228th Ave.

CERT event in the park has been moved to September 9th.  Neighbors to be informed that there will be people in the park on that day from 7am-2pm.

Mail boxes: Ed Bennet spoke to John Snyder of the USPS on April 28th.  He stated he was actively working on our subdivision.  Estimated 2-3 weeks before actual installation.

Landscaping:  Annuals are to be planted at the entry, Greenbelt services want to charge a 5% fuel surcharge but Anina is trying to come to a deal because of the lack of pipeline mowing this summer.  Sprinklers will probably need some maintenance before startup

Moss on playfield shelter roofs should be removed.  Bark to be spread at entry

Meeting adjourned at 8:10pm
