Deerfield HOA Meeting Minutes

Treasures Report- 2 houses will have liens imposed

1house owes dues from 2002 1 house owes dues from 2003

Play Structure Status- According to Pete Butkus with the City of Sammamish, the city will remove dead trees and grind stumps down. He will get back with the HOA in regards to installing a new play structure. Status pending.

Soccer field – needs to have top soil added and spread around to fill in the holes. Anina has been authorized to get the work done for up to 3,500.00. We will need to get caution tape and signs posted that the field is closed until the grass has re-grown. Suggestion from Kent is to contact Cedar Grove for estimates on top soil. Water will also need to be turned back on once the field repair begins.

Common Area Maintenance - Trail heads and mailbox areas need to be cleaned up. Anina will contact the landscaper to get designated areas done. 228^th & 231^st and 231^st & 233^rd. Find out how much he charges per island and report back at next meeting.

Retention Pond off of NE 19^th – Kent will find out from the City of Sammamish when they will be coming around to clean it up. He will report back at next meeting.

Entrance – Anina replaced the plant that was damaged during the accident. She will also get bids for replacing the entrance lights. She is authorized to get the work done up to 4,500.00

Bookkeeping- Board approved on a trial basis to have Cathey Manney of dba On-Call Accounting & Office Services take over the books for a 3 month trial. Her fee is $25 an hour; her duties will include mailing out statements, and balancing the HOA budget. Charlene will retain the checkbook.

Pipeline – waiting on one more document from Williams to finalize the offer.
