Old Issues & Their Status:

New lights at entry:  Anina will finalize with BelRed Electric this week. They will need 50% down before they start work. Anina will need a check.

Trailheads:  I'm working with Lance to get them cleaned up properly.

Cul de sac islands:  Anina drove around all the islands and will prepare a list of ones she thinks need work, and then get an estimate for cleanup.

Play structure Status – Updates from the City of Sammamish Haven't heard anything from Pete since the "we're not high on the priority list" email. Anina will follow up with him this week.

Soccer field status – Still haven't heard back from LWYSA and am still calling some people to try and find an expert. 

Pipeline Project- Status on HOA Settlement with Williams and if a counter offer has been submitted?
