Minutes of Meeting

June 13^th, 2007

Welcome - The meeting was called to order by Kent Kierman, HOA President.  The attendees were Doc O'Connor, Vice President; Ed Bennett, Treasurer; Anina McMurdo, Landscaping & Webmaster; Chelan Jenness, Secretary.

Previous meeting minutes were approved.

Treasurer report approved.

Fence replacement/repair bids:

- Economy Fence:         repair: $4,646 + tax;     new fence: $21,966 + tax

- City Wide:                    repair: $10,750;            new fence: $21,496

- Town & Country:         repair: $7,353 + tax;     new fence $25,127 + tax

- Fence Connection:      repair: $12,182;            new fence: $22,234

No decision was made on fence as there is still another bid coming and Ed is going to check with the Better Business Bureau and L&I to see if there is one company that has a better report then the others.

The dumpsters we rented in May were VERY well utilized by Deerfield residents and beyond. If we decide to do spring cleaning dumpsters again, we need a new system to manage their use.

There should be an estimate from Bel-Red Electric in the mail box sometime this week for getting the power restored at the entrance.

Discussion of each board members responsibilities will be discussed during the July meeting.

Benches at the play structure were approved and will be professionally installed.
