Minutes of Meeting

October 11, 2006

Welcome - The meeting was called to order by Kent Kierman, HOA President.  The attendees were Doc O'Connor, Vice President; Ed Bennett, Treasurer; Anina McMurdo, Landscaping & Webmaster; Chelan Jenness, Secretary.

Bank of America account will remain open until the checks are received.

It was suggested that there be another audit of the irrigation system. We need to find out how much the audit would cost and measure the areas being audited.

The water has been turned off for the winter. Typically water will be turned off in October and turned back on in June. We save $600 by turning the water off during the winter instead of paying a flat fee year round. The master valve should be replaced soon.

Benches and picnic tables should be ordered for playground area.

Annual meeting notice should be sent out immediately.
