Architectural Control Guidelines
Please note that any external changes to your property need to be cleared with
the HOA Board Architectual Committee before implementation.
"No building, fence or wall shall be erected, placed or altered
on any Lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing
the location the of the structure have been approved by the Architectural
Control Committee as to the quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of
external design and color with the existing structures, and as to location with
respect to topography and finish grade elevation." (from the Deerfield HOA
CC&R's)
Please send all requests for approval on paint colors, roofing materials, new
structures (e.g. sheds, gazebos, antennas) well in advance using
this MS Word form or
this html form. You may mail in the
form, email it to the
HOA board
or fax it in (see details on form).
Requests have to be approved prior
to signing contracts with any company or business to perform the intended change
to the residence.
Paint colors
Paint colors should be in the neutral or muted color family.

Roofing materials and color:
Roofing material should be either cedar shakes or a material that resembles the
look and color of shakes in both texture and color. Roofing material
should be the following or higher grade:
