Deerfield HOA Meeting Minutes

February 9, 2005

Attendees: John Tomlinson, Charlene Fletcher, Terry Fletcher, Kent Kiernan, Anina McMurdo, Hope Szudzik, Craig Lawson, Hui Chen, Rajeev Sundher, Wendy Kay Donnahoo

Play Ground Structure – Write a letter to the City of Sammamish attention Mike Butkus Assistant City Manager stating our intentions for the property where a play structure is to be installed. Explain our issues/frustrations we have had so far in dealing with the city. See if the City will give the property to HOA as an option since we have been maintaining it for so many years. If the letter does not get results and answers to our questions then attend the next the city council meeting and speak. Send the letter via registered mail. Hope and Anina will work on the letter together.

Mailboxes - Hope will contact John Snyder and ask additional questions in regards to the locked mail boxes. How big is each unit and can there be more than one unit set side by side. If so what is the max number of units allowed. How much does each unit cost? When will Deer Park get their locked boxes installed? There are 39 current mailbox stands. Hope will contact a general contractor to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace all the existing mailbox stands in their current locations. Once the bid has been given, Hope will email it to the HOA. Anina will create a preliminary proposal for John Snyder showing a reduction in mail box stands and email it to the HOA.

CC & R Violations – If there are any violations email them directly to Craig and he will send out the notifications.

Pipeline- Thank you to Rajeev and Hui for attending and supplying additional information in regards to the pipeline project. Additional information will be available as it comes in. The current proposed project is scheduled to start in May 2006.
