What's New?

Are you new to our neighborhood?

If you've moved here in the past 6 months, we may not have the correct name in our homeowner records.  Please drop us a note or email us at deerfieldhoa@hotmail.com so we can update our files and ensure that we'll be able to contact you regarding important events.

Remodeling your home's exterior

If you are planning to replace your roof or repaint your home, you must obtain ACC approval prior to installation.  Composition roofs are allowed, but have to be approved.  Please contact us by email or give the appropriate board member a call (see "ACC Guidelines") if you have any questions or need something approved.

  • Tract E FAQ's

Q: How much does the association pay for the upkeep of Tract E? If it is overgrown with weeds (as the communication states), it does not look like the association is maintaining it right now.

A: The association has not maintained Tract E in recent years.  It has, however, come to our attention that, because of the overgrowth, this area is a fire hazard as well as a possible breeding ground for pests.  If the resolution fails, the association will start regular maintenance on this property.

Q: Who is going to pay for the transfer of this property to the homeowners.  There are bound to be fees involved.

A: All transfer fees will be covered by homeowners gaining property.
